Are your products new?
This is a surprising question that has come up from time to time. Apparently some customers get concerned when they see a good price and have become accustomed to paying a lot more than what Luvable Friends products usually sell for!
YES! All Luvable Friends products are new and in their original packaging unless your store has accepted a return and re-shelved the product. Luvable Friends products are intended to be a great value, which means the prices are somewhat low, but the quality certainly is not!
What do you mean by quality?
Quality for a Luvable Friends product means that there are no material defects, of safety, design or construction. Materials used in production cannot be of a substandard nature, construction must follow industry standard guidelines, and the design must look as it was intended to by the design staff.
If the owners and the designers wouldn't feel comfortable putting the clothes on their baby, or using the product to care for their own infant, then it's not good enough to meet the Luvable Friends standard.
How do I know what size to order?
Luvable Friends products follow industry standards. Most of the time sizes are specified by a range of months, and most babies will be comfortable in the size that corresponds to their age. If you've had troubles with proper fit for your baby in the past, or if you just want to reassure yourself, we recommend that you visit our size charts to see further details like height and weight.
